ON SEPTEMBER 1ST, OUR MAYOR Mr.ANTONIO GRANADOS MIRANDA, HAD THE KINDNESS TO DO 
THE HONORS OF INAGURING THIS BEAUTIFUL PROJECT WITH WHICH WE HOPE TO KNOW OUR 
FUTURES GUESTS, THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF OUR ENVIRONMENT SUCH AS THE VIA VERDE, 
THE MONTE DE LAS PINEDAS, THE ROUTE OF THE SOURCES ETC, AND THE KINDNESS, 
SIMPLICITY OF OUR PEOPLE, AS WELL AS THE TRANQUILITY OF OUR PEOPLE.

COLONIAL HOUSE OF 260 SQUARE METERS

Rural House Vía Verde Las Pinedas is a two-story colonial house with
more than 100 years old, converted into a cozy rural house respecting his
ghost Don Mateo, who takes care of the house and all the guests who visit 
us, the Casona is located in Las Pinedas, 7º-Dept. of La Carlota, Córdoba, 
a wonderful little town with wonderful natural landscapes such as Monte de 
las Pinedas or our Jewel such as the GREEN route and has capacity to 
accommodate 14 people.
The house has 5 spacious rooms: 1 quadruple for 4 people with TV, air 
conditioning and bathroom; 1 triple for 4 people; 1 double with reading 
room, TV, stretcher table and air conditioning, 1 single married couple 
with a full crib and 1 married couple with TV .It also has another 
Victorian-style living room, a spacious dining room with a wood-burning 
fireplace, a large and modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms 
(one with a bathtub), a laundry room with a washing machine, a first aid 
kit and a deposit with 7 mountain bikes available to Guests free of charge.

Outside we find the 50 square meter patio with benches, rose planters, 
barbecue, swimming pool and another 40 square meter indoor recreational 
room with a bar counter, 4 stools, 3 tables with 4 chairs each, a 5-seater 
sofa with table, board games, several targets, 1 electronic with darts, 
billiards, pinpong, table football, a large TV, a reading room and fiber 
optic internet connection.

THE HOUSE DOES NOT ALLOW PETS, NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE, 
ANY KIND OF PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED AND FROM 12 PM IN SUMMER AND 10 AM IN 
WINTER, LOUD NOISESARE ALLOWED THAT COULD DISTURB THE REST 
OF THE NEIGHBORS .

Castillo de Almodóvar del Río

15 minutes from our location we have 
the castle of Almodóvar del Río, 
FAMOUS FOR HAVING BEEN 
ENGRAVED IN THE "GAME OF THRONES", also called 
Castillo de la Floresta, located on the mountain 
called "El Redondo", it is an Andalusian fortress 
located in the town of Almodóvar del Río, province 
of Córdoba. Previously it was a Roman fort and the 
current building definitely has Berber origin, 
dating from the year 760.The most important towers 
are the Square, the Round and the Homage towers.
